For the first time, Ember Club brings its signature experience from Marbella to Duba. This is an intimate, 90-minute sunrise journey on the beach at The 305 Dubai.

A morning to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and make space for what comes next.

THE EXPERIENCE

Settle onto your heated infrared and red-light mat, slip on your wireless headphones and cover your eyes. As the world around you begins to wake, immerse yourself in a sound journey that invites you to slow down and turn your attention inward.

From there, we guide you into journaling. With thoughtful prompts and your own journal, you’ll have space to explore what you’re feeling, what matters to you and what you want more of in your life. You don’t need to know what to write, we’ll help you begin.

Our guided visualization invites you to imagine the life you want to create and the version of yourself you’re becoming. Space to dream bigger, reconnect with your direction and carry that feeling into your day.

We finish with our signature Glow Drink and overnight oats breakfast by the sea. Enjoy a slow moment together, connect with someone new or simply take in the morning.

Come alone, with a friend or with someone you love. No previous meditation or journaling experience is needed. You’ll be guided throughout.
