Then we bring in sound therapy to quiet the noise in your head because most people don’t struggle to think, they struggle to stop thinking.


After this is where things shift.. We'll hand you a journal. This isn’t about writing nicely - it’s about getting honest - because when your body is calm and your mind is quiet, clarity comes fast.


Once you’re clear, we don’t leave you there. We guide you through visualization - into what’s next. Not just thinking about it but actually feeling it.


You don't have to know anything before, we will guide you through it all and after we will end it by eating a healthy breakfast together to connect with like-minded people because something shifts when you share space like that - it makes the whole experience stay with you.


You leave with clarity, direction and a different energy in your body.
