Created to give people somewhere to pause, reflect and come back to themselves.
About
Why Ember exists
We had our gym, our favourite workout classes, our favourite spa and our favourite breakfast place.. but we were missing somewhere to go simply to take care of our thoughts.
A place to hear yourself out. To step away from autopilot, become more aware of what’s going on inside and make space for what you actually want.
That’s why we created Ember. Through full-body red light therapy, immersive sound journeys, guided journaling and visualization, each experience is designed to help you let go, gain clarity, move forward and reconnect with yourself.
Because if you never take the time to meet the different versions of you, how can you know who you’re becoming?
Meet the founders
Ember was created by Sofie and Jenny — two friends with different passions, brought together by the same belief: feeling good begins on the inside.
After years of struggling with her mental health, Sofie began studying how the mind works and how our thoughts, patterns and inner dialogue can change. What helped her rebuild her own life later became the foundation of her work coaching others — and now, the guided journaling, visualization and mindset practices at the heart of every Ember Experience.
Jenny’s world has always been rooted in movement, nutrition and biohacking. Her interest in how we support the body from the inside out is what brought full-body red light therapy into the Ember concept, alongside Glow Drinks and sugar-free, dessert-inspired overnight oats that are as enjoyable as they are thoughtfully made.
The idea began with the morning routines they already shared together. They wondered what would happen if they brought those mornings down to the beach and invited a few people to join them. Those few people quickly became many.
Today, Ember brings their two worlds together: care for the mind, care for the body and a place where both can exist under one roof.
From a morning routine to a place of its own
What began as two friends sharing the kind of mornings they wished more people made time for has grown into beach experiences, a studio and a community around the same idea: taking care of what’s happening on the inside.
Ember is still built from the same things we believed in at the beginning — reflection, nourishment, red light, sound and the feeling of leaving a little more like yourself.
